Cancellation policy

 

We value your appointments greatly. We recognise that unanticipated delays sometimes occur, necessitating timetable changes. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice.

Our Policy:

●      Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

●       If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

●       We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

●       In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

We want to make sure you have a fantastic experience with us, so when scheduling your appointment, please take a moment to pick the services you want carefully. If you need to make any changes, just give us at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment time.

We totally understand that things can come up, but we kindly ask you to keep in mind that if you decide not to go ahead with the chosen services on the appointment day, there will still be a charge for the time we've set aside for you.
